​From a classic french levain, we bake all our boules and baguettes daily. We use the finest ingredients:
no preservatives, no additives, no sugars, no fats.  All breads start with the basics - flour, water and salt.

Our bread is only sold on the day it is made - guaranteeing the freshest in bread.  Never flash frozen.  Enjoy the timeless tradition - toasted for breakfast, a slice for lunch, or to accompany your evening meal.
