Baker Position
     
 Bakers & Co. seeks a dedicated and passionate baker to produce top-qualtiy baked goods in our retail location in Annapolis, Maryland. Candidates must have a serious attention to detail and respect for the craft, and be willing to excel, learn and grow in a small, hands-on and fast-paced bake shop. Experience in viennoiserie and slow-fermented breads a necessity.
This position will involve keeping bakers' hours, beginning in the early morning.

Key Requirements:

 * Prior professional bakery experience or culinary degree required
 * Ability to quickly and accurately learn new recipes and techniques
* Responsible for producing and baking viennoiserie pastries and breads
* Highly motivated and passionate about food with a high standard of professionalism and attitude
* Desire to produce high quality products - with attention to consistency and detail
* Energetic, organized, effective multi-tasker, team player
* Able to keep an organized, clean and efficient work space
* Available to work weekends and holidays

Pay is competitive. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
